Standard Shipping Service

In the USA, standard shipping service is regular first class mail.
Outside the USA, standard shipping service is regular air mail.

What's your order processing time?

Any buyer's order we receive, with all the details correctly sorted out, a half hour
or more before any of the "Times to Ship Mail" (shown in the table just below)
will be fully processed and packaged and sent out in the next time to ship mail.
We call this half hour to shipment processing time.

Note: If the order details are not correctly sorted out then order processing is delayed.
We can only package and ship after buyers (you) have given us correct order details.
If you are having trouble giving us all the order details we will email with you
to help until everything is in correct.

When do you ship?

Twice a day weekdays, once on Saturdays
(except US Federal Holidays).

• Your parts get to the US mail fast.

Standard Mail Delivery Times

All packages are mailed with the US Postal Service in San Diego, CA, USA:
The better connected your location is to to San Diego the faster your delivery times.
The connection is a matter of distance and traffic volume.

1. Most locations in Southern California (and some in Northern California) almost always get
   1 day delivery service with regular first class mail.
2. Most metropolitan areas on the East Coast of the US usually get 3 (business) day delivery
   but 2 and 4 days are also likely.
3. Many cities in Canada and Mexico will get delivery times comparable to the East Coast,
   perhaps a 1 or 2 longer, but deliveries to remote areas of these countries can be much longer.
4. Sydney, Australia and London, England have especially good long-distance air connections to
   Southern California and delivery times to these cities are typically 3-5 business days,
   although, occasionally it's done in 2(!).
5. Worldwide locations that do NOT have good direct airline connections to Los Angeles
   International Airport (LAX) can have widely varying delivery times (1 week up to several(6 or 7) weeks).

Tracking Numbers

With the standard shipping services (first class mail (US) or regular air mail (Worldwide))
there are NO tracking numbers.

Unfortunately, where tracking numbers are most needed (i.e. some international destinations),
they are VERY expensive (so expensive, that no customer has ever paid for international
delivery of our parts with a tracking number). If you are interested in a parts delivery
with a tracking number please email rolf@irithm.com to get a quote.

Expedited Delivery

Priority Mail (USA only): This service is for domestic (USA) deliveries only. It is NOT a guarenteed overnight delivery, rather, for most locations, it is a 2 business day delivery service. This service comes at an extra charge of $4.00 or $5.00 if you also want a tracking number. To pay for this service email me, rolf@irithm.com, and I will send you special Paypal payment instructions. NOTE: In locations close to San Diego Priority mail will be no faster than regular first class mail; also, setting up Priority Mail service can cause delay and a missed mail shipping run.

All other express expedited mail services are expensive but include tracking numbers. Email me, rolf@irithm.com, to get a quote. Note, that express expedited mail to most international destinations is so expensive that nobody has ever paid to have our key parts delivered with international express expedited mail.

Problems and Solutions

We WILL respond to your concerns about legitimate problems with mail delivery.
If you experience a problem with delivery of your parts you can email me (rolf@irithm.com)
and I will answer your email and work with you toward the best possible solution including
either re-sending your parts or giving you a full refund.
