Return/Exchange

We, irithm LLC, will do a return/exchange, IF:

• The parts are returned in the condition we sent them. Key-cap surfaces must be unblemished and all parts should function properly.
• A note is included with the returned parts that:
  • Tells us which parts you want to exchange for.
  • Reminds us of your Paypal email address so we can both verify that you bought the returned parts from us and so that we tell you when your exchange parts are being shipped.
• We also need $2 payment to cover stamp and envelope costs and for the return/exchange processing. The payment can either be made through Paypal or by slipping two $1 bills into the return envelope.
• Further, we, irithm LLC, have to be able to verify that we sold you the returned key parts.

Returns (no Exchange) and Refunds

We, irithm LLC, will refund the key part costs (NOT handling and shipping fees) through Paypal, IF the parts are returned in the condition we sent them. No refunds will be made if the key-cap surfaces are blemished in any way or if any of the parts do not function properly. Further, we, irithm LLC, have to be able to verify that we sold you the returned key parts.

Order Cancellations and Refunds

If you pay for an order and then cancel the order prior to us, irithm LLC, mail shipping the order then we will refund you the full amount through Paypal. If you cancel after the order has been mail shipped then we can still give you a partial refund under our Returns (without exchange) policy (given just above).
